Auditory Imagination is the personal website and online portfolio of Yannick Assogba; a budding new media artist and software developer born in Cotonou, raised in Nairobi and currently living in Cambridge.
In 2006 he graduated from Concordia University with a B.Sc. (Hons) in Computer Science with a minor in Digital Image/Sound and the Fine Arts. From 2005 to 2007 he worked for Jason Lewis at Obx Research Studio where his work focused on integrating live performance with dynamic typography. He is currently a Masters candidate at the MIT Media Lab in the Sociable Media Group under Judith Donath. His interests include interactive art & interaction design, responsive media spaces, electroacoustics, artificial intelligence, software development, computers and their reactions to the people that use them.
